ITS Incognito works with a number of excellent trainers and training companies. They are familiar with our Mystery Customer programmes and reporting and we ensure that the standards covered during training sessions match the standards being measured on our reports.
Why don't we provide in-house training? ITS Incognito specialises in the measurement of service standards and needs to remain objective at all times. We believe it would be a conflict of interest if we also delivered the training solution.
